MANAJEMEN PROGRAM PERENCANAAN, PELAKSANAAN, DAN EVALUASI MUNADHARAH 'ILMIYAH PEKAN ARABI DI UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MALANG DI MASA PANDEMI

Abstrak
 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan manajemen perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program munadharah ‘ilmiyah Pekan Arabi di Universitas Negeri Malang masa pandemi. Jenis dalam ialah jenis kualitatif metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara dokumentasi. analisis data, peneliti teori Miles Huberman, mengumpulkan hasil dokumentasi, reduksi display conclusion Drawing. Hasil pembahasan terdiri 1) Perencanaan, terdapat 3 hal penting yang harus dipenuhi perencanaan ‘ilmiyah. Pertama, model interactive approach. Kedua, ruang lingkup dimensi. Ketiga, proses melalui tahapan-tahapan sistematis. 2) Pelaksanaan, penyusunan Munadharah tahap pemula, kedua, program, ketiga, penilaian setelah diadakannya 3) Evaluasi 2 ‘ilmiyah, monitoring komprehensif.
